How to cook

  • Blanch for about five seconds in boiling water. Perfect for shabu-shabu and nabe dishes!
  • Bake for about 60-90 seconds on a hot iron plate. Add to ingredients for teppanyaki and barbeque cooking.
  • It can also be used as ingredients for okonomi-yaki or as a substitute for a pizza crust.
